Refund Policy

At Pioneer Publishing Press, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to every author and client we serve. To ensure transparency and professionalism, the following refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered:

Refund Window

Refunds are only eligible within 24 hours of payment confirmation or onboarding. After this period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise specified.

Project Cancellation by Author

Should an author choose to discontinue services after the project has commenced, any refund will be subject to deductions based on the value of work already completed. This includes, but is not limited to, editorial services, design work, consultation hours, project management, and administrative efforts.

A detailed summary of completed work and associated costs will be provided upon request. Any remaining balance after deductions may be refunded at the discretion of Pioneer Publishing Press.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective elements (e.g., creative direction) once the agreed scope of work has been fulfilled
  • Failure to utilize services or submit required materials in a timely manner
  • Digital product purchases (eBooks, templates, downloads) once delivered

Non-Refundable Expenses

The following costs are strictly non-refundable:

  • Third-party fees (e.g., ISBN purchases, printing costs, distribution fees)
  • Deposits or retainer fees for service-based agreements
  • Work that has been completed and delivered as agreed

Dispute Resolution

All refund inquiries must be submitted in writing to info@pioneerpublishingpress.com within the specified timeframe. Requests should include the order or project reference number and a clear explanation of the concern. Each case will be evaluated individually, and any decision rendered by Pioneer Publishing Press will be considered final.
